Join an immersive Masterclass, in which Eric Tachibana (AWS Professional Services) will walk through the Amazon working backwards process.

During the 2.5 days, you will get hands-on experience with the tools that Amazon uses for Customer Discovery, Solution Ideation, and Design, including persona, product-market-fit hypothesis development, customer and problem validation, solution and design validation.
