Gavin McClafferty is an Open Innovation Lead with Subsea 7. His work involves evolving themes and ideas into strategic initiatives, solving the world’s most complex challenges within the energy markets. He is passionate about agile ways of working and has worked for Subsea 7 since 2012.
Finding Game Changing Innovations
Subsea 7’s open innovation initiative has a mission to create value through innovation & technology, and to specifically find and foster solutions that reduce CAPEX costs related to subsea field development, increase value from existing infrastructure, and lower OPEX costs. This short talk will provide an overview of how Subsea 7 discovers technologies to meet these goals. Attendees will learn:
