Innventure is in the business of building new disruptive companies to create compelling value in partnership with Multinational Corporations (MNCs). In this talk, Dr. Grieco will describe Innventure’s model for commercializing innovation: Partnering with MNCs to identify opportunities where well-protected, breakthrough technology solutions from MNCs address significant unmet market needs and form the basis for new spinout companies. He will provide insight into how MNCs benefit from this approach and highlight case studies showing how Innventure collaborated with Procter & Gamble and Nokia to create three new disruptive companies: PureCycle Technologies for polypropylene recycling, Aeroflexx for novel flexible packaging solutions, and Accelsius for thermal management in datacenter and telecom applications.
