It hasn't been business as usual. If anything, the unusual has become the norm. While tasked with innovation, most of us were challenged with new responsibilities, ways of working, and different business contexts. Beyond our organizations, this required us to innovate. Innovate the ways we communicate, the ways we manage, and the ways we think about innovation. But to which extent and how? What have we learned? And what lessons are buried in the hast of this transition that can benefit us in the future? As we rarely find time to reflect and look back to learn from the future, this lab is dedicated to you and how you innovated through this pandemic. We will dive into our COVID leadership journeys, identify the lessons learned, and discuss the insights that can benefit our leadership development.

Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg (Harvard Business Review)
Many organizations often struggle to identify and solve the right problems and the consequences can be severe: Leaders fight the wrong strategic battles. Teams spend their energy on low-impact work. Startups build products that nobody wants. Organizations implement "solutions" that somehow make things worse, not better. Everywhere you look, the waste is staggering. As Peter Drucker pointed out, there's nothing more dangerous than the right answer to the wrong question.
Join this Virtual Lab, wherein Harvard Business Press author Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg will discuss a three-step method - Frame, Reframe, Move Forward - that anyone can use to start solving the right problems. The format of the session will be highly interactive, featuring a mini-lecture, teamwork breakout sessions, and joint debriefing.
